Movie Favourites

Have you ever watched a movie and wonder why you never watched it before? That basically happens to me everytime because lately i've been watching old films (not that old tho).
Movies from this list are mostly the ones that I see in pages posted as screencaps by which the subtitles I like. Some are ones I googled as "most beautiful films to watch" and the like, and some are suggested by my friends. So yeah, here are the movies I would recommend to certain kinds of people.

Not in particular order
1. Breakfast at Tiffany's - oh dear, that's queen Audrey Hepburn. This is a story about belonging and unbelonging. I liked the part where they did something they haven't done yet. A good thing for a bucketlist with a stranger.

2. The devil wears Prada - I'm so happy that I watched it just in time 'cause i'm about to be deployed as a student trainee. Yep, this story is about work life--how to nail it, and how to keep grounded. I love Anne Hathaway.

3.Heathers - the first Winona Ryder film I watched. I have a thing for psychotics and Christian Slater is way too perfect for the role. If you watched the boy next door and loved it, I safely say that this classically much better.

4. I am Legend - Will Smith being Deadshot as ever. A story about conquering loneliness with hope. It brings about the choices we make for ourselves thinking that it can serve people good only to find out we only cared about our own good. I really loved the dog.

5. Little Miss Sunshine - No matter who you are, where you're from, or what you are made of, if you are sad, you should watch this film. Kids are always the best part of the family.

6. Eternal Sunshine of A Spotless Mind - One thing I hate about fiction is that it keeps me hoping to become reality. I love the plot, the script, the characters.

7. Comet - It's like living in my theory. I fell inlove with Dell. I think everybody deserves a Dell in their lives. I watched it two times to be able to really get it but I think it's the beauty of the film to remain a mystery. It kept me curious but comfortable.

8.The Dreamers - Talk about Cinematography. It gives a lot of information about old films and art. Characters are very complicated. This is an aesthetic.

9. The Prestige - Welcome to the world of trickery. I had a hard time interpretting this story and I dont know if I get it right but one thing I could say, Nolan's mind is an enigma. The twist caught me.

10. Before Trilogy - He's American, she's French. My favourite. This is my kind of film. It's very light and very romantic and at the same time very deep and it poses reality. I love all the three films because they have their own perfect quality. This story, especially the Before Sunrise is a dream for me. Before Sunset is the dramatic one but I feel like the story is my life. Before Midnight is the realest of all and it somehow fears me for the future. I love Ethan and Julie so much.

Maybe there are a lot that I would recommend but I really can't remember films I watched before because I am such a forgetful person. Maybe next time i'll go make my own version of movies to watch before I die, and also TV series. I really wanna watch Skins and American Horror Story.

Books are better than movies, they say, because you get wider imagination but trust me, they are equally important for movies give color to your imagination.

Be virtual but stay real.
