becoming an existentialist

first off, i believe in God.
you do? good.
you don't? good.
ask me, shouldn't i let everything be?
yes. and i choose to believe.
i don't belong to anything, but i believe.
trust me, i tried once.
it's fine, nothing so special.
but now, i am believing.
it doesn't hurt. your call.

i believe in humanity, in humanism, in humans.
we are all born good
we might have messed up, still,
there's that little spark of goodness
that just needs to be ignited once again
to feel, for one more time, that we are human.
we are capable,
everything we think, we can happen.
we fail, of course.
human as we are.
not a choice, but something we can work upon.

i believe in love, in hate, in obsession, in misery.
the world needs love but would still work with hate combined.
people get all the nice things and still end up miserable
because that's how things work.

i believe in the universe, and bodies.
where we live is vast, expanding place.
getting better, getting worse.
we will meet ourselves soon in other places,
and they will be fine, or not.

i believe in relationships, in trust in, moving on.
we connect and disconnect;
agree and disagree, with others.
we get close with the new
and forget the past, to live for the morninglight.
i believe. in everything.

i believe in magic, in reality, and everything in between.
i believe in 1,2,3, in turning life around, in patience.
i live for the moment and let life be.
i hope and dream. i expect, i get disappointed.
i hurt, i get hurt.
i fall down, i get up.
the world changes—that's magic.
life is a cycle—that's reality.
how you live in this cycle of change, up to you.

i believe in History, i believe in the future.
2000 years ago, we're already alive.
2000 years after, we will still be alive.
black hole will happen, bigbang will repeat
more galaxies will be born,
more places for us to live.

i believe in differences, in similarities, in familiarity, and in unknown.
the only thing common about us is that
we are all unique.
isn't it amazing that some of our atoms
came from Einstein? from Mother Teresa?
from Dalai Lama? from Hitler?
everything we see around us were part of their dreams.
and the rest are part of ours.

i believe in power but i promote equality.
i believe in human nature
but i believe we all have responsibilities.
i believe that i own the world
but believe you own it too.
i believe in rights though sometimes everything seems wrong.

i believe in me, i believe in you, i believe in life.

i believe in almost everything.
almost everything.
